My Valley Buick/GMC Story
I came to Valley Buick GMC in Hastings as a reluctant service customer. I had always used local shops for tires and service work. My Buick Rendezvous needed service work that was only available to dealers. I tried nearly a dozen other options prior to my visit to Valley. They were incredible, they needed to keep my car overnight and provided me with a loaner. (Free)
My car needed to have the rear all wheel drive mechanisms replaced. This was going to take about one week with the ordering of parts and then replacement. Again they provided me with a free loaner. My Rendezvous now fixed and cleaned up made me realize I had a new place for all my cars to be serviced.
A few years passed and as a very satisfied service customer it was time to buy a new car. My wife was certainly due for one and she traveled a lot then. We chose a Buick Enclave. Three weeks later I purchased another vehicle a Pre-Owned Silverado. A few weeks passed and I received a call from Justin the business manager. He offered me a position with their company.
I am now in my 5th year at Valley. I get to assist shoppers achieve their transportation needs. Just remember if you forget my name to ask for the bald guy.

And when we did, he quickly gave us a great deal with zero haggling. That’s why we keep going back to this dealership. Only concern was the length of time at the dealership. There is no need to drag on the final purchase for 4 hours. That is a ridiculous amount of time.”
